10. Termination
We can restrict or suspend your access if you break these Terms.
11. Liability
Our liability for anything related to the Service is capped at whatever amount, if any, you've paid us to use it.
We're not liable for losses tied to decisions you make based on our reviews or comparisons — do your own diligence before buying anything.

We don't guarantee it will be error-free, or that any product we review will work for you. Your purchasing decisions are your own.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed directly between you and GetOmnichannel in an effort to resolve the matter informally.
